<em>“Baile de la Primavera”</em> (Dance of the Spring) was composed and dedicated to the McKinney Boyd High School Orchestra. Directors of the Orchestra are Michael Link and Michelle New. When trying to come up with a title to this selection, the students of the McKinney Boyd High School Orchestra, after recording it, suggested the title of <em>"Baile de la Primavera"</em>. As the English translation indicates, this selection should be thought of as a spring dance. This work should be performed lively and light. Directors, please follow the articulations and bowings as indicated. Keep the tempos as close to the markings, as possible.
