Once you have placed your order online, in most cases, you are then LOCKED IN and committed to payment and we are no longer obligated to refund you any money once you submit the order. So make sure you are committed to ordering the music before check out. The reason for this, is we have very little time to stop & make exceptions for our many customers. We have a small business and need to be efficient with our time. We try to ship music to our many customers as quickly as possible and if someone suddenly changes their mind about a music order, this can create problems that cost us time and money and put a wrench in our system - especially if a money transaction / cc payment has already been captured - it then becomes difficult and time consuming to go back and change or reverse an order. That doesn't mean a refund can't happen if someone let's us know very quickly (within an hour or sometimes just minutes of placing the order - it depends). Just be aware that once we complete an order, it is final. Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! (with very few exceptions)
We usually ship orders the same day the order is placed or the next business day if the order is placed after UPS deliver truck arrives. We really try to ship all our orders ASAP! We understand that music teachers sometimes need their music for a contest or something urgent, and try our very best to accommodate you. If for some strange reason you have not received your order, please Contact Us and let us know, so we can make sure you get your order ASAP. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when a package will arrive. We do provide tracking information for packages.
Prices in general:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please be aware that the prices of our products can change at any time in order to pay for shipping, paper supplies, and the day-to-day expenses of running a small business. At the same time, we try to provide everyone with reasonable prices, so that music teachers everywhere can afford to buy quality music.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If the sheet music you received is damaged, please email us and we will figure out what makes the most sense.
If the sheet music you receive is NOT what you ordered, first email us via the website (so we can figure out what makes sense - each situation is unique) and we might have you return the sheet music to us in their original condition within 10 days, and then, depending on the situation, we may be able to replace the ordered music with the correct music you ordered and pay the shipping costs.
Non-delivery of goods
If your goods are not delivered to you within the appropriate delivery time, please notify us immediately.
Damage in transit
Any claim arising from damage in transit must be made to TRN Music Publisher, Inc. within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Please check the contents immediately upon receipt and before signing for them. Goods seen to be damaged should be signed "Damaged in transit," and packaging materials should be preserved for inspection. Damaged goods must be reported within 10 days of delivery; otherwise, TRN Music Publisher, Inc. cannot accept responsibility. Please call us if you have any questions.
