David Woodley is Assistant Director of Bands/Director of Athletic Bands at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He conducts the 320-member Marching Hundred, the Big Red Pep Band, the Concert Band, as well as teaching classes in instrumental and vocal arranging, and marching band techniques. Prior to his appointment at Indiana, he held similar positions at The University of Iowa and University of Louisville. He has over 300 arrangements for instrumental groups to his credit, and is the Co-Chair of the College Band Directorís National Association Athletic Band Advisory Committee. A native of Winterset, Iowa, he holds the Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Arts in Conducting degrees from the University of Iowa.
