- Ask the network admin. if he/she will give you access to certain .mp3 files that you need as resources to do your job as a music teacher. A network admin. should be willing to help you. In fact, it is their job to help teachers get the resources they need.
- If you have internet access at home, it might be less troublesome to just download the files on your home computer, and burn them to a CD for work.
- Call us and order an Audio CD.

- I AM HAVING TROUBLE PLAYING THE .MP3s. WHAT CAN I DO?

You can order music directly from us ONLINE, or by FAX or PHONE, and you will need either a school purchase order number or a personal credit card number. Contact Us if you need assistance.
* Orders through businesses or music stores are usually done by FAX or PHONE.
Sorry. Currently, you can only order specific music parts (such as 1-Oboe or 2-Percussion) by 1. Fax 2. Phone or 3. Email. You cannot purchase parts via the online shopping cart at this time.
We prefer a digital recordings on compact disk (CD) or email us an mp3 version.
If you have a recording you would like to send us, you should send it to the mailing address on the Contact page.

Individual parts cost $2.00-3.00 USD depending on how small or large the part is.
Check online for up-to-date prices or recent catalogs. We are constantly working to keep these things up-to-date. Old printed out catalogs are not usually up-to-date. Prices are subject to change at any time.

More than likely this is because of a setting on your media player that requires you to download the entire file before listening. If you would rather listen to streaming audio, you might have to adjust your media player settings, or try downloading a different media player like Quicktime.

Handling Fees depends on the weight of the order as well as how much time/effort is required to complete the order. We typically have a $2.00 to $4.00 USD Fee for most orders, but sometimes charge nothing or $1.00 USD if it is a small score etc.
ONLINE ORDERS: We currently have a Handling Fee of $1.00 for orders shipping with UPS and a $2.50 USD handling fee for online orders that ship using USPS because we have to drive to the post office for USPS mail and the price of fuel is going up. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping and handling.
